Speculators trimmed bullish bets on Silver

FXStreet (Mumbai) - As per the data released by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the speculators trimmed their silver bullish bets last week for a fourth straight week.

The non-commercial futures contracts of Comex silver futures saw a weekly change of -1395 contracts to total a net position of +22,930 contracts. The weekly bullish positions rose by 3,492 contracts, while the bearish positions fell by 4,887 contracts.

Meanwhile, during the reporting time period - April 21st to April 28th – Silver price rose from USD 16.00/Oz to USD 16.63/Oz.
